ArchitectNow President, Kevin Grossnicklaus has joined the TechSTL Board of Directors.
ArchitectNow President Kevin Grossnicklaus has joined the TechSTL Board of Directors.
The appointment comes as TechSTL, the only acting tech council in the St. Louis metro area, rolls out a major strategic shift. On February 23, the organization announced a new North Star centered on one thing: accelerating access tobcustomers and capital for mid-market technology companies in the region. The board is now CEO-majority, with seats held by leaders who are actively running tech companies in St. Louis.
For us, this is a natural extension of what we've been doing for years. ArchitectNow has been building software for local St. Louis companies for over a decade. But our involvement in the community goes beyond client work. We've organized and sponsored local conferences, run monthly meetups for developers and technologists, and provided technical education for universities and organizations across the region. Kevin joining the TechSTL board gives us a more direct way to continue that work at a broader scale.
TechSTL is also changing how it measures success. Instead of tracking activity, the organization will now measure enterprise revenue influenced and investment capital facilitated for its members. That focus on real outcomes for real companies is something we can get behind.
All new board members have committed as presenting sponsors for the 4th Annual STL TechWeek, April 13-17, 2026. We'll be there and would love to see anyone local to St. Louis come out and attend.
Congrats to Emily Hemingway and the TechSTL team. We're excited for the future of tech in St. Louis.
